About Marc Kalifa

"Art in Glass"

Marc Kalifa emigrated from Paris, France in 1974. His journey in art started in Australia and has progressed through jewellery and major stained glass commissions to working exclusively with hand blown glass since 1988.

Drawing from the inspirational landscape around his Queensland home, to the vivid colours of the outback and reef, he combines classical forms and modern tones to create unique artworks. From functional jugs and candle holders to enthralling sculptures, he shows a thorough master of this challenging medium to produce art to grace every home.
